Design concept for a waterfront vacation house in Virginia by the Potomac River, constructed from a kit of parts, which includes pre-farbricated SIPS, steet structural modules, and pre-constructed modular kitchen and bathroom units. The design intergrates thoughtful sustainable design features such as the use of LED lights for energy efficiency, operable windows, use of skylights to maximize daylighting, heated flooring, and incorporation of biophilia into the design.
